In October 2013, the CRCBFA needed an engaging, knowledgeable speaker on the topics of marketing and digital branding who also had expertise in customs and the freight forwarding industry.

As the leaves in Portland were turning, Scott spoke at their October, 2013, lunch meeting to more than forty attendees who were from the port, Customs and the trade.  Using the same base presentation as in Atlanta and Seattle, but with updated facts and figures garnered over the months, the topic was of particular interest to companies who were looking to learn how start thinking about and planning for a multichannel marketing campaign that could include online and print expenditures, as well as pay-for-placement publications for lead generation using case studies and white papers.
