Yesterday I had the pleasure of revealing the new website of the International Air Cargo Association of Chicago, or IACAC, that P:G designed and deployed.
IACAC became a customer last month and we were given the very short turn time of under a month to find and identify a look, design a site, acquire visual assets, prepare a members-only section and member application process and then present it at their monthly luncheon.
It came together well and credit and thanks is due to the airlines who provided images and the board members who provided biographies and photos.
The site is responsive and adaptive, features sweeping visuals and will incorporate opportunities for sponsorship that are aesthetically integrated with the site and provide analytics on use. People will be able to register for events, manage their own directory entries and pay for renewals. Over time the board is looking to integrate more programs that benefit the members such as special offers or discounts from vendors.
Today we also received notice that we will tackle a redesign of the site for the JFK Airport Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association in New York. We are honored to have been selected to do this and our goal is to have it up and working no later than April 1st…and that won’t be a joke.
